Students often have excellent ideas about what would make learning easier or more satisfying but are uncertain about how to convey this to the instructor. We recommend the anonymous feedback from as a formative assessment tool for use in your teaching activites. This can help you to identify student difficulties that often fester until it is too late - or that become evident only in the end-of-term evaluations. Ask students to use this form after particularly difficult assignments and exercises - or as a classroom management tool. Student comments will be sent to you anonymously via email. You may then chose to address them explicity in class on a regular basis, or to adjust instructional strategies on an as needed basis.
If you would like to have an anonymous feedback form created to use with your class, fill out the form below. A feedback page will automatically be created, and the URL will appear on the screen. You can link it to your own web site or send your students to that page so that they may send you anonymous feedback.
