The OIT Service Desk should be the first place you contact for help with Blackboard.

The Service Desk is staffed:

Mon - Fri : 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Sat - Sun: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Limited telephone technical support is available around the clock. However, after-hours support staff are not trained to handle complex software or hardware questions. If they cannot help you directly, they will forward your Blackboard request to the Service Desk.
